▪ Personality ▪
Cesar is a cunning man who has a rather charming and friendly air about him. The Spirtomb is very funny never missing a chance to tell a joke, usually a dry one. Cesar is a rather friendly man making sure to make himself look as approachable as he possibly could. He always looks at things in a positive light no matter what it is. It could be the most depressing thing you've ever seen. He will still find something positive.

The Pokemon never lets a chance to get what he wants go by. He will do anything to get what he wants. It could be scamming, lying, or stepping on other's. He sees people as just mere pawns in his Grand scheme of things. He will not allow himself to be bosses around but yet boss others around like no return. At first his controlling nature is suttle but it grows and grows and grows. His act will break showing his true colors as a manipulative selfish man whom will do anything to get what he wants and to stay in power. One of his biggest flaws is his Inability to think things through, only seeing the positive outlook of something he can't comprehend the negitvie getting him in trouble.

Cesar grew up in a rich family spoiled rotten by his father. His father was never home due to him focusing on his job more than family. His mother was non existent to Cesar, never meeting her or knowing her. The family maids had raised him but it seemed every month a maid has quit unable to handle Cesar. As Cesar grew he became very controlling and violent stealing and getting into fights. He had no consideration for others other than himself.

As soon as he turned 21 his father had retired and given him the position of CEO at White City's largest music producing company. <WIP>
